*Lodging Fee*
20,000 yen (per cabin per night, not per person)
Bedding(mattresses,quilts,pillows) are ready for 6 guests,but the
occupancy of the cabin is 10 people..
We regret that there are some limitations,etc on the stay for a group
over 10 people.Please contact us for more details.
*Check-in Time* Around 1:00 pm
You may use the cabin as soon as we finish cleaning rooms.
If there is no guest on the previous day of your arrival date, you
may check in soon after you arrive in Tokashiki Island.
If you take the Marine Liner Tokashiki (Dept. from the Port of Tomari at
9 am), you may change your clothes at the cottage before check -in.
＊Check-out Time＊ 10:00 am
Your
luggage may be kept at our house after check-out in case you take the afternoon
ferry (or boat).
The
shower facility of our cottage is not available after check-out. Please use shower facilities of other
accommodations on the beach. (Please ask
for the fee at each place.)
We
apologize for the inconvenience.
*TRANSPORTATION SERVICE*
At the time of the booking, please tell us the arrival time of your ferry
(or boat).
We will pick you up at the Port of Tokashiki on your arrival.
Also, we provide a transfer service during your stay in our cabin. Please feel free to use it when you visit
Aharen and Tokashiku beaches as well as when you eat out.
The
transfer service is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Please pay the lodging fee at the time of check-in by cash. We regret that we can’t accept any credit cards.
*CANCELLATIAN POLICY*
No penalty will be charged if the cancellation notice is made by 5 days
before the arrival date.
Penalty for late cancellation
30% of the lodging fee for cancellation on the 4 day before the arrival
date
50% of the lodging fee for cancellation on the 2 day before the arrival
date
100% of the lodging fee for no show and cancellation on the arrival date
The
cancellation charges will be waived under the circumstances without ferry (boat)
services due to typhoons, etc.
